12.5KVA Diesel Generator (3-Phase)

Built for demanding industrial networks, the SUN-DYNAMAC TU-12.5E is a heavy-duty 3-Phase power plant delivering a true 10 kW (12.5 kVA). Unlike standard single-phase units, this generator is strictly engineered to drive high-voltage commercial machinery, supporting a flexible electrical spectrum from 200V to 480V. At the core of this system lies the legendary Yanmar TF-160E water-cooled engine. By utilizing an advanced V-belt transmission architecture, the engine runs at an unstressed 2400 RPM while the alternator spins at the required 3600 RPM. This crucial separation of rotational speeds drastically cuts down internal mechanical fatigue and achieves an outstanding fuel efficiency of just 2.5 liters per hour.

To protect sensitive operational equipment on site, voltage regulation is entirely automated. The brushless alternator features an integrated Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) that instantly corrects voltage fluctuations and strictly prevents electrical spikes. Furthermore, physical maintenance is virtually eliminated since there are no carbon brushes to wear out or replace. For extreme environments, a built-in thermal defense mechanism continuously monitors the system, instantly cutting off power generation if oil temperatures cross the 120°C critical threshold. Enclosed in a 100% Japanese-welded tubular steel frame, this unit is built to survive and perform in the harshest off-grid conditions.

Key Features & Benefits

• High-Output 3-Phase Capacity: Delivers a robust 12.5 kVA of apparent power and 10 kW of continuous active power, optimized perfectly for driving heavy industrial 3-Phase machinery.

• Wide-Range Voltage Support: Built as a versatile 3-Phase (4-wire) system engineered to support a broad voltage spectrum from 200V up to 480V for diverse industrial worksites.

• Intelligent AVR System: Equipped with an advanced Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) that constantly monitors and stabilizes voltage levels, preventing drops or spikes to protect connected equipment.

• Brushless Alternator Design: Modern self-excitation architecture with a built-in silicon field rectifier completely eliminates traditional carbon brushes, wiping out over 95% of standard alternator maintenance needs.

• Zero Wave Interference: The advanced brushless engineering prevents measurable wave interference, delivering clean power stability for sensitive electrical tools.

• Thermal Safety Shutdown: Features an automated protection mechanism that instantly halts power generation if the engine oil temperature exceeds 120°C, effectively preventing catastrophic engine seizure.

• Premium Yanmar TF-160E Engine: Powered by a horizontal, 4-cycle, radiator-cooled direct-injection Japanese diesel engine renowned for its high mechanical efficiency and long operational lifecycle.

• High-Efficiency V-Belt Drive: Utilizes an optimized step-up pulley system that converts a fuel-saving 2400 RPM engine speed into the 3600 RPM alternator speed required for continuous power delivery.

• Advanced Forced Lubrication: Employs an automated lubrication system featuring a robust trochoid pump to continuously protect internal engine components under heavy mechanical loads.

• Optimized Fuel Economy: Direct-injection combustion strictly minimizes fuel consumption to just 2.5 L/h at standard operational loads, extending site runtime.

• Dual-Starting Versatility: Provides maximum operational readiness via a convenient electric start system, backed by a reliable manual hand-crank mechanism for emergency situations.

• Heavy-Duty Tubular Frame: Enclosed in a rugged, semi-enclosed, and drip-proof steel roll cage that protects internal components from dust while simplifying physical transport.

• Japanese Craftsmanship: Manufactured entirely in Japan to guarantee superior industrial build quality, precision engineering, and maximum long-term mechanical reliability.
