Warranty

Alfanoos Industrial Equipment provides a warranty on its agents in Saudi Arabia products against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, failure to follow usage instructions, sabotage, unauthorized maintenance, or negligence in regular maintenance.
The warranty periods vary depending on the nature of the products sold, and warranty is mentioned on the invoice or the product page on the website.

Please review the general warranty terms and conditions below to ensure full access to maintenance and support services.
  • ● Products that meet the warranty terms will be repaired free of charge at ALFANOOS-approved service centers.
  • ● The technical report issued from ALFANOOS service centers will be considered to judge on the machine warranty condition however the customer can inspect the machine in third party service centers (as per Saudi specifications and standers) and ALFANOOS company will pay the charge only if their a mistake proved from our service centers.
  • ● The products should be used only to the Application that it designed for. (Like a wood machine shouldn’t be used to cut steel).
  • ● The customer must follow periodic maintenance schedules as per the manufacturer's instructions at ALFANOOS service centers or approved alternatives compliant with Saudi Arabian regulations.
  • ● Using original spare parts and accessories, or those approved by the manufacturer or the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO), is mandatory. The warranty will be void if the product is tampered with, disassembled, serviced at unauthorized or non-specialized centers, or if non-original parts are used, as this may pose a safety risk to the user.
  • ● The warranty only applies to equipment sold directly by ALFANOOS or its authorized distributors.
  • ● A serial number must be present on the equipment to qualify for warranty coverage. It must not be removed or reused across multiple machines.
  • ● To claim the warranty, the serial number on the equipment must match that on the invoice or warranty card.
  • ● The warranty does not cover consumable parts such as (switches, Electric wires, bearings, seals, carbon brushes, filters, oils, grease, etc.).
  • ● The warranty does not cover repair of failures resulting from the following conditions:
    • - Using a non-stable electric source or nonstandard electrical connections.
    • - Operating the machine by generator power (unless the machine is equipped for it).
    • - Operating the machine in abnormal environmental conditions (such as very high temperatures, rain, unventilated rooms, etc.).
    • - Operating the machine in the desert during sandstorms without using protective enclosures.
  • ● Some items sold by ALFANOOS may be sourced from the local market where ALFANOOS acts as a distributor. These items are subject to the warranty terms of their local agent and are not covered by ALFANOOS unless a formal contract exists with the customer.
  • ● Equipment must be connected to a power source that matches its technical specifications.
  • ● To ensure maximum customer satisfaction, the customer is advised to inspect and test the purchased machine and verify that all accessories are included before leaving the showroom. We will be glad to provide a detailed explanation of the operation procedure if needed.
  • ● Customers must read the user manual and comply with the provided instructions.

Service Process & Responsibilities
  • ● Customers must bring the product to an ALFANOOS service center or branch.
  • ● On-site repair (if available) incurs a service fee and spare part charges (if not covered under warranty).
  • ● Maximum service duration: 14 working days (excluding holidays and spare parts delivery time).
  • ● A receipt must be issued for any item under maintenance. Post-repair, the same receipt is required to collect the product.
  • ● Products left for more than 30 days after repair will incur SAR 50 per day storage fee.
  • ● ALFANOOS is not liable for unclaimed products after 30 days.
