This enables operators to achieve a massive 220 mm cutting depth in a single pass, or an exceptional 285 mm depth across two runs by simply flipping the block using the integrated quick-reading indicator. To manage this extreme workload, the motor utilizes an intermittent duty cycle, backed by a dual-layer thermal safety switch that instantly cuts power at 160°C to prevent accidental burnouts.

Structurally, the unit is built around a high-tech aluminum monocoque frame and a die-cast aluminum cutting head, maintaining absolute stiffness while keeping the total weight at a manageable 85 kg. The smooth, vibration-free sliding working table, equipped with an ergonomic push handle and an adjustable goniometer fence, ensures that heavy bricks and poroton blocks are fed safely and straight into the blade. Furthermore, the specialized AxT water-cooling setup utilizes a submersible S3 recycling pump feeding from a 19 to 25-liter tank, continuously flooding the cutting zone to cool the blade and eliminate hazardous dust. Supported by individually adjustable leveling legs, it provides a highly stable platform for exact diagonal and angled cuts across uneven job site terrain.
