Our payment system supports the following methods:

- Purchases paid via vouchers, or installment services (Tabby, Tamara), may not be refundable in cash and may only be refunded using the original payment method.

- If paying online, you will receive an on-screen confirmation once payment is accepted. We are not responsible if the payment is rejected or canceled by your card provider; please contact your bank for details.

- You must ensure your card information is correct, valid, and used lawfully.

Order Cancellation
Al Fanoos reserves the right to cancel your order for any of the following reasons:
- Payment rejection or failure.
- Incorrect delivery address or contact information, or if you are unreachable.
- Failure to collect the order from the showroom within 7 days of the scheduled pickup date.

Order cancellation by you:
- If you cancel the order after shipping, cancellation fees may apply.
- You can reject the delivery or return the item to the nearest showroom.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- If you wish to return an order purchased through the website within 7 days from the date of receipt, you can request a "Refund/Return Order," subject to the exceptions below. The product must not have been used, must be in its original condition, and must include all accessories, attachments, manuals, and accompanying gifts (if any). This return may result in certain applicable fees.

- If you wish to return the order within the 7 days for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, you will bear the shipping costs associated with the return process.

- The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to you or your representative at the specified delivery address, or upon collection from the showroom.

- If you wish to return a product that came with a gift, the value of the gift will be deducted from the product's value if you have used the gift or wish not to return it.

- If the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect, it must be returned in its original packaging.

- Products containing scratches, damaged due to misuse, or electrical failures caused by incorrect voltage are not eligible for return.

- Al Fanoos reserves the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet the aforementioned criteria.

Exceptions
- Chemical products with an expiration date.
- Products that were part of promotional offers or contain free samples.

Bank Transfer Refunds
As per Saudi Central Bank regulations, refund transfers require matching client details (full name, ID or Iqama number, bank name, and IBAN) with our records to avoid delays or rejection by the bank. If the information does not match, the refund may be delayed or returned until corrected.

Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you for any legal claims or losses arising from or related to the purchase of products through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the improper use of tools or equipment, or the failure to follow operating instructions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the e-commerce laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, it shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh.
