The MEGA EHA-10 is a 10-Ton auto body frame straightener (chassis jack), categorized as an articulated hydraulic body aligning set. This wheel-mounted 12-piece alignment system is designed to execute structural repairs on badly damaged vehicles. The system features an advanced articulated body design that delivers mechanical versatility, enabling technicians to perform multi-angle pulling. This directional flexibility is achieved through an adaptable push mast, which allows for a 20º forward tilt and a 90º lateral incline, supported by 7 locking positions stationed every 15º.

To manage the straightening of thick steel automotive pillars, the EHA-10 is powered by a hydraulic circuit engineered with integrated operator protections. The system incorporates a safety overload valve that monitors fluid pressure to prevent the equipment from exceeding its mechanical thresholds. Furthermore, a mechanical stop prevents the piston cylinder from over-extending during pulling cycles. This setup operates seamlessly with a specialized pulling chain rated for a maximum structural working load of 1.4 Tons.
