The Lavina ELITE V25EU is a mid-size, high-performance electric dust extractor (Dust Separator) engineered specifically to tackle the extreme demands of professional concrete floor preparation. Manufactured by Superabrasive in Bulgaria, this 95 Kg industrial vacuum flawlessly pairs with 25-inch and 30-inch concrete floor grinders to capture immense volumes of fine particulate matter. Powered by three independent bypass motors operating on a 230V single-phase grid, it generates a combined output of 4.5 HP (3.3 kW). This multi-motor configuration creates an exceptional maximum airflow of 308.1 CFM and an 88-inch water lift, providing relentless suction that prevents hazardous concrete dust from airborne dispersion. If one motor requires maintenance, the independent valve system ensures the remaining units continue running, drastically reducing jobsite downtime.
Beyond raw power, the filtration and disposal architecture sets a new standard for operator safety and efficiency. The system utilizes a highly advanced 3-stage filtration process starting with a cyclone separator, followed by an aluminum-coated, hydrophobic PTFE conical main filter, and finishing with a certified HEPA H13 layer. An innovative third valve allows operators to release dust before and after utilizing the manual filter cleaning mechanism, all without having to power down the extractor. Housed within a rugged, fully metal frame with easily accessible front-facing filter compartments, and utilizing the continuous Longopac® bagging system for mess-free disposal, the V25EU arrives with both a 32-foot main hose and a 21.3-foot wand hose to deliver a complete, highly mobile dust management solution.
