1. Order Processing Time:
• All orders are processed within

• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
• Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. Orders are not
processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) or public
holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping:
Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at
checkout based on the city you select.
• Orders below 300 SAR: A standard shipping fee of 25 SAR applies.
• Orders of 300 SAR and above: We offer Free Shipping to all main
cities.
3. Remote Areas & Out of Delivery Area (ODA) Surcharges:
While we offer free shipping to main cities for orders over 300 SAR, deliveries to some
remote cities or locations fall under an Out of Delivery Area (ODA).
• If your location is classified as an ODA, additional shipping expenses will apply,
regardless of the order total.
• These exact shipping expenses will appear on the checkout page as soon as you
select your city.
4. Accurate Location Selection & Missing Cities:
To ensure a smooth delivery, it is crucial to select the correct and accurate city at
checkout.
• Address Changes: If a customer selects a main city at checkout but later requests
the shipment to be delivered to a different location or remote area, the customer
will bear full responsibility for any resulting ODA expenses, if applicable.
• Missing Locations: If you cannot find your city or location in the dropdown menu
on the checkout page, please do not place your order with an incorrect city.
Instead, contact us immediately. We will guide you and provide all necessary support
before you place your order.
5. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s)
and a link to track your package. The tracking information usually becomes active within
24 hours of shipment.
6. Delayed or Missing Packages:
