1. Returns:
● Products may be returned within
7 Days
of receipt.
● Items must be:
○ Purchased directly from ALFANOOS .
○ Unused and undamaged.
○ In original packaging.
● All returned products will be inspected for compliance.
2. Non-returnable items:
● Chemical products with expiration dates.
● Products that were part of promotions or came with free samples.
3. Partial or Full Order Return:
● Customers may return part or all of their order.
4. Return Fees and Conditions:
● No charges if return is due to:
○ Defect in product.
○ Manufacturer defects.
○ Damage during delivery.
○ Wrong item delivered.
● Charges apply if return is due to personal reasons:
○ Shipping Fees:
■ SAR 25 one-way shipping (up to 25 kg).
■ SAR 50 round-trip shipping (up to 25 kg).
■ Fees may vary based on region and weight (above 25 kg).
5. Non-refundable Payment Gateway Charges:
● These charges are deducted in case of return or cancellation when the reason is not included under “No charges if return is due to” in Section 4, such as change of mind, change in purchase decision, or other personal reasons.
● The following payment gateway charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount:
○ Tabby: 6.99% + SAR 1.
○ Tamara: 6.99% + SAR 1.5.
○ Mada: 1% of order value.
○ Visa/Mastercard/Credit Cards: 2.25%.
○ Bank Transfer: SAR 7 to 8.05 per transaction.
6. Refused Deliveries:
● If the order is refused upon delivery, refund will be made after deducting
applicable shipping and payment charges.
7. How to Request a Return or Exchange:
● You can submit a return request in two ways:
○ From your account > Orders > Select item(s) > Confirm return.
○ Or contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the order:
