Hydraulic Trolley for Road Marking

The Tusko EX04 ride-on hydraulic moped sulky fundamentally shifts the operational dynamics of road marking and surface preparation. Engineered to physically connect behind existing walk-behind machinery, this highly robust attachment transforms exhausting manual pushing into a comfortable, high-speed ride-on experience. Powering this transition is a genuine 6.5 HP Honda GX200 4-stroke engine, which drives a specialized Danvers hydraulic pump to deliver flawless fluid propulsion. Generating an infinitely variable top speed of 16 Km/h, operators can effortlessly match their driving pace to the precise paint flow required, ensuring perfectly straight traffic lines over long distances. Built with a solid footprint weighing 117 Kg and utilizing durable vacuum air wheels, the unit glides smoothly over rough, uneven pavement without transmitting harsh vibrations to the operator.

Beyond sheer acceleration, the architecture of the EX04 prioritizes enduring comfort and rigorous safety standards for roadside crews. The inclusion of an ergonomic padded operator seat and a wide, secure floorboard drastically reduces physical fatigue during long, demanding shifts. Speed transitions and direction reversals are controlled entirely hands-free via a highly responsive foot pedal, leaving the operator completely focused on steering the attached marking machine. To maintain a secure environment amidst active traffic, the unit is fitted with a bright LED warning light tower for high daytime and nighttime visibility, alongside an accessible manual handbrake for instant, secure parking.

How This Machine Works

It is important to note that this equipment requires another unit to function; it is not a standalone road painter. It acts as a dedicated propulsion sulky designed to support, push, and power a walk-behind road marking machine. The operational process is straightforward and highly efficient:

  1. Step 1: Secure Connection: The operator hooks the heavy-duty universal hitch coupler located at the front of the sulky to the rear frame of any compatible walk-behind road marking or line removal machine.
  2. Step 2: Engine Start: The operator fires up the Honda GX200 petrol engine. The engine’s rotation directly drives the internal Danvers oil pump, which immediately pushes pressurized hydraulic fluid throughout the drive system.
  3. Step 3: Driving and Painting: Seated comfortably, the operator presses the integrated foot pedal. Pushing the pedal forward sends the hydraulic fluid to turn the rear vacuum air wheels, driving the entire setup forward. Pushing backward smoothly reverses the direction, effectively propelling the attached painter ahead of it.
  4. Step 4: Finishing the Job: Because the speed is completely stepless, the operator modulates the foot pedal to match the paint output perfectly. Once the line marking is completed, the operator simply releases the pedal to halt movement, pulls the mechanical handbrake to secure the unit, and shuts off the engine.

Key Features & Benefits:

• Effortless Ride-On Upgrade: Instantly converts physically tiring manual push operations into a comfortable, fast, and highly productive ride-on experience, significantly boosting daily output.

• Genuine Honda GX200 Engine: Driven by a world-class 6.5 HP 4-stroke petrol engine renowned for its easy recoil starting, long-term reliability, and excellent fuel efficiency.

• Universal Heavy-Duty Hitch: Features a highly adaptable front connector that provides a quick, unyielding link to hot melt, cold spray, two-component, and line removal machines.

• Premium Danvers Hydraulic Drive: Employs a top-tier hydraulic oil pump that distributes power seamlessly, eliminating the jerky movements of mechanical gears for ultra-smooth operation.

• Stepless Foot Pedal Control: A wide floorboard houses an infinitely variable speed pedal, allowing operators to accelerate seamlessly from zero to a top speed of 16 Km/h completely hands-free.

• Fatigue-Reducing Ergonomics: Built with an integrated, highly padded driver seat that absorbs road feedback, allowing operators to focus entirely on steering accuracy during extended shifts.

• High-Visibility Safety Protocols: Enhances active roadside safety through a tall, integrated LED warning beacon that alerts oncoming traffic, paired with an easy-to-reach manual handbrake for secure parking.

• Vacuum Wheels: Equipped with heavy-duty pneumatic tires that provide exceptional shock absorption, ensuring stable, vibration-free movement over cracked or uneven asphalt.

• Optimized Hydraulic Reservoir: Integrates a large-capacity oil tank that ensures the hydraulic fluid remains cool, maintaining peak efficiency and preventing overheating during continuous use.
