The Kemage K460W is a two-in-one gasoline-powered workstation combining a structural welding machine and an alternating current generator. Driven by an OHV, single-cylinder 460cc KM192FP engine, this unit delivers an adjustable welding current spanning from 80A to 210A, accommodating standard stick electrodes up to 5.0mm in diameter. Engineered for continuous metallic fabrication, the transmission achieves a 100% duty cycle at 150A / 26V on the second gear and maintains a 60% duty cycle at its peak 200A / 28V setting. When functioning as an independent power supply, the alternator generates a stable 220V / 60Hz output with a 2.0 kW continuous rating and a 2.2 kW maximum capacity to effectively handle localized power spikes.
To support prolonged operations on isolated job sites, the structural system incorporates a high-capacity 25-liter fuel reservoir. Mobility is facilitated by integrated folding leverage handles and industrial wheels, allowing operators to transport the 74 kg chassis across uneven construction terrain. Activation is managed via an integrated 12V electric key-start mechanism backed by a manual recoil system, providing reliable engine ignition regardless of ambient environmental conditions.
• Dual-Function Operation Subsystem: Integrates a structural welding machine and a standalone alternating current generator into a single mobile framework, optimizing equipment logistics on remote job sites.
• Wide Ampere Flexibility Range: Provides an adjustable direct output current ranging precisely from 80A up to 210A, accommodating varied applications from thin sheet metal joining to structural steel penetration.
• Stable AC Power Generation: Functions as a reliable electrical supply outputting a continuous 2.0 kW with a peak capacity of 2.2 kW, engineered to safely absorb temporary voltage spikes from power tools.
• Thick Electrode Compatibility: The internal power inversion mechanism generates sufficient sustained current to cleanly melt and deposit standard stick electrodes measuring up to 5.0mm in overall diameter.
• High Duty-Cycle Reliability: Mechanically rated to deliver a continuous 100% duty cycle when operating at 150A / 26V, eliminating necessary cool-down intervals during extended metallic bonding tasks.
• Precision Amperage Control: Features a responsive, smooth-turning rotary dial on the front interface, allowing the operator to fine-tune the electrical current delivery for exact weld pool management.
• All-Terrain Mobility Chassis: The 74 kg structural frame is equipped with heavy-tread industrial wheels and folding leverage handles, enabling a single operator to traverse uneven construction ground efficiently.
• Dual-Mode Ignition System: Incorporates a frame-mounted 12V battery linked to an electric key-start switch for rapid activation, combined with a secondary manual recoil pull-cord for operational redundancy.
• Extended Runtime Capacity: Outfitted with an oversized 25-liter top-mounted gasoline tank that supplies the 460cc engine for continuous long-hour shifts without requiring frequent refueling downtime.
